1. Our Position on Copyright

IPTV Subscription Store respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and partners to do the same. We act as a reseller of IPTV streaming services and do not host, store, broadcast, transmit or upload any audio or video content on our own servers.

All content delivered through the streams comes from third-party providers. We have no editorial control over the channels, films or series available on our partner platforms.

2. DMCA Compliance

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") in the United States, and equivalent legislation in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions, we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that are submitted to our designated agent.

3. How to File a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our DMCA agent containing the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorised to act on their behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (URL, channel name, content title, time and date observed) to allow us to locate it
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, email
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

4. Where to Send a DMCA Notice

Please send all DMCA notices to our designated agent:

Incomplete notices may not be actioned. Please include all the information required above.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe content has been wrongfully removed under a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts

6. Action We Take

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Forward the notice to the upstream IPTV provider responsible for the content within 48 hours
• Request the immediate removal of the allegedly infringing content from the stream
• Notify our user (if applicable) that a complaint has been filed

7. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the subscriptions of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

8. False Claims

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages. Do not submit false claims.

9. No Hosted Content Disclaimer

We reiterate that IPTV Subscription Store does not host or own any of the content available through its reseller service. Any takedown action must ultimately be carried out by the upstream content provider. We will cooperate fully and act as a liaison between rights holders and the upstream platform.
